Colony Moved In

Honeybee colony moved in

This colony of honey bees had swarmed on a window of this house a few months ago. They liked it so mush they moved in.

Yesterday, they moved out!
I am often asked about the honey removed from a live Honeybee cutout.

Most of the honey that come from a live cutout is not useable. I usually get called in to remove the honey bees after several botched attempts to kill the colony with pesticides. Sometimes, like yesterday’s job, the hive is in a place I wouldn’t harvest anything from. With all the dirt and roaches, the bees can have it.
